Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@proactioncure.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA will NOT be accepted.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
We do not accept returns on products purchased from other retailers, items damaged by customer error, or opened, non-damaged items. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless shipping protection was purchased.
Restocking Fee
In some cases, a 10% restocking fee may apply to cover the costs of inspecting and restocking the item. Exceptions include defective or incorrect items sent by us.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item within 7 business days and notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 30 days of delivery at support@proactioncure.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Within the first 24 hours, we will issue a full refund. After 24 hours, your order may be in the fulfillment process and will require a return once delivered.
Shipping Costs
For returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
Customs & Import Duties
Customs policies vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for any applicable fees. We are not responsible for customs clearance charges, import duties, or local taxes. If a package is undeliverable due to refusal of duties, we are not responsible for return shipping costs and the order is ineligible for a refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not offer refunds on sale items—all sales are final. Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We only exchange defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, contact us at support@proactioncure.com with details and photos of the defect.
